These are the rules this site operates under. They are enforced mechanically in our publishing pipeline — a page that breaks them cannot ship.

Honest bylines

Content is written and reviewed by our editorial team and checked against peer-reviewed research and primary sources. We do not invent reviewers, claim medical credentials we don't hold, or imply an individual clinician reviewed a page when one didn't.

Claims and citations

• Health claims must cite primary sources; numeric claims (effect sizes, percentages) must be attached to a citation.
• We never claim a supplement cures, treats, or prevents a disease. Supplements are regulated as foods, not drugs, and we stay on the structure/function side of that line.
• Evidence grades are honest — "insufficient evidence" is a publishable, and common, conclusion.

Safety-first topics

• Supplements with meaningful interaction risk carry a visible interactions callout driven by sourced safety data.
• Content touching pregnancy, breastfeeding, or minors publishes only with rigorous primary-source citation — or not at all.
• Nothing on this site is medical advice. Every page says so, and we mean it: talk to your clinician about your situation.

Person-stack pages

Pages describing a public figure's supplement routine follow strict rules: only publicly documented statements, each item cited to its source with a date; a visible "not affiliated, not an endorsement" disclaimer; a visible last-verified date; no implied partnership; no imagery we don't have rights to; and we never invent or extrapolate items.

Corrections

We correct errors quickly and note material updates on the page. To report one, use the contact page.

Monetization boundary

Affiliate relationships are disclosed on every page that contains affiliate links, and commissions never influence editorial judgments. Details in our affiliate disclosure and review methodology.
